Merchendise grading
Everything in our shop is handmade or outsorced to be handmade on industrial machines.
Some items are more prone to imperfections than others and the items may slightly differ from pictures displayed on the website.
Sometimes the restock will have some bigger flaws eg. the stickers will be cut askew, but still usable or a button will have a defect on the foil, a suncatcher will be missing some minor details. That's why some (not all!) of the producs may have a visible "B grade" on the auction- that means they have some minor imperfetions. That is why they are heavily disounted .
All the mystery/ oopsie bags are a mix or Standard , second and B grade items.
Standard/ no Grade
When you don't see a note about an item being a "B grade" that means it's a quality checked item and it does not seem to have imperfections that would classify it as a B-grade!
B Grade
The types of flaws in “B Grades” will be more noticeable issues. These flaws are still minimal, only noticeable close up and/or at a particular angle.
Seconds Grade
“Seconds” will be those with more noticeable flaws that detract from the artwork. (eg. the cutlines of the stickers noticeable askew, a button set wrong or artwork in wrong colors). Those pieces can be found only in oopsie bags as freebies or added as freebies to your orders. You do not pay for them :)
Preorders
All pre-order items will be listed as such, and will have an estimated ship time frame in the item description. These are not guarantees, as the item(s) may have issues that come up during manufacturing (eg. wrong colours, excessive flaws). Other items purchased with a pre-order will be held until all items are in-hand.
Refunds and returns
We have a 7-day return policy. That means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted regardless of the state of the item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will do our very best to fix the issue and make it right.
We do not accept cancellations, but we are open for discussion about cancellations.
